Who does Chain & Hoop sell to?

We sell to brick and mortar stores, online stores, and catalog companies. We do not sell to home parties, traveling stores, eBay stores, and flea markets.

How do I become a Chain & Hoop Retailer?

It's easy! Just click HERE to fill out the registration form. It takes just a few minutes to register, and approval usually takes about two business days.

Once a decision has been made, an email will be sent to you confirming your account status, and if it is approved you will receive a follow up phone call from your sales representative.

This is my first time order, where do I start?

Our amazing Chain & Hoop sales team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30am- 5:30pm, Pacific Standard Time. They can help guide you through our very extensive line by providing you with information about our newest items, best sellers, long time favorites and everything in between. What is your suggested retail price?

We suggest keystone (double the wholesale price).
Chain & Hoop does not sell to retailers who sell our jewelry for under keystone.

About My Order

How long does a shipment usually take?

Orders are shipped between 2 - 3 business days from receipt of the order. When your order is received, you will be contacted with confirmation of receipt.

How do I know if my order was received?

When an order is received at Chain & Hoop, we will call or email you within 24hours to provide you with confirmation of receipt. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please contact us to ensure receipt.

How do I place an order?

We welcome faxes, emails or call-ins. You can download an order form here.

To help simplify and expedite our ordering process, we request that you provide the following information:

  • Include all of your store information- address, contact numbers, buyers names or person placing the order
  • Include style numbers, quantity amounts and prices. This information ensures we send you exactly what you ordered and the correct amount
  • If sending multiple pages, please number all pages.

Is there a first-time order minimum?

For all first-time orders we require a minimum purchase of $250. First time orders are to be paid by credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Is there a reorder minimum?

Yes, there is a $100 reorder minimum.

Can I pay by Net 30 terms?

Net 30 payment terms are not available for first time customers. Net 30 terms are only available upon approval. The approval period may take up to two business weeks.

How can I apply/qualify for Net 30 Terms?

To apply for Net 30 Terms, please fax or email our Account Application with 3 trade references for approval to "Attention: Sales Department" at (732)812-0941 or .

  • You must include phone and fax numbers as well as contact names for your trade references.
  • Once the approval process is complete you will receive a letter regarding your terms status with Chain & Hoop.

*Please Note: Approval process may take up to two business weeks.

Shipping Information

How does Chain & Hoop ship?

All packages are sent out via UPS ground. Upgraded UPS shipping is available upon request. To ship FedEx, we require your company's account number.

Do you Drop Ship?

Yes, we can ship directly to your customer. $5 handling charges apply per shipment.

How do I receive my tracking information once my order is shipped?

To obtain your tracking number please contact our fabulous sales department at or call us at (646)862-1500.

If you would like to automatically receive the tracking number for your orders each time they ship, just let us know and provide us with a contact name and email address.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are based on the weight and value of the package. Shipping costs will vary from order to order.

We ship our amazing jewels & gifts from our warehouse in New York City.

When will my order arrive?

We use UPS to ship all orders unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the UPS shipping map to determine transit time to your store.

Cancellations and Returns

Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive your order and an item is defective, please return it to us as soon as possible. Call us at (646) 862-1500 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. You also must include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

After 30 days all sales are final. Please note that sterling silver tarnishes and must be cleaned -- tarnish is not a defect. If an error has been made on your order, contact your customer service representative immediately. We do not repair, replace or accept returned merchandise once it has been sold to your retail customer. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.

UPS has an outstanding delivery record, but should you not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately. Any claim of missing merchandise must be made within 10 days of the date of the invoice.
